Nature of the service
Our services are fully online. They can include scholarship and internship information, free guides and templates, free seminars, personal video or chat consultations, help with documents such as a Statement of Purpose or CV, and planning support for applications, scholarships and visas. We do not sell, ship or deliver physical goods.
Prices and payment
The price of a paid service is shown to you, or sent to you by our team, before you confirm. A paid booking is confirmed once we confirm it to you and any required payment has been received. Accepted payment methods are those shown on the payment page or given by our team, such as cards, mobile financial services or bank transfer. If a payment fails, the booking is not confirmed.
When the service is delivered
Online sessions take place at the date and time agreed with you after booking. Digital guidelines or materials are delivered online after payment. Because the services are digital, the delivery times that apply to physical goods do not apply.
Proof of service
We may keep booking details, payment references, confirmation messages, emails, support messages and session records as proof that a service was provided, and to resolve any dispute.
Your agreement before booking
Before you book a paid service, you must read and accept the terms, the privacy policy and the cancellation and refund rules on this page. The acceptance is given by you.
2. Terms and conditions
By using this website, our booking system or our services, you agree to these terms.
Advice and information, not guarantees
We provide guidance, information and support to help you make informed decisions. We cannot and do not guarantee admission to a university, a scholarship, a visa, a job or any other result. Decisions are made by universities, scholarship providers and government authorities, not by us.
Scholarship and visa information
We compile scholarship, internship and visa information from official sources and keep it as current as we reasonably can, but deadlines, amounts and eligibility rules change often. Always confirm the details on the official page before you apply. We are not the provider of these scholarships unless we say so, and a listing is not an endorsement or a promise of funding.
Our pilots
Our pilots are advisors who share their own study and scholarship experience. Their views are personal experience and do not represent any university, scholarship provider or government.
Accurate information from you
You must give correct, complete and current information when you contact us or book. If incorrect or incomplete information prevents us from providing a service, we are not responsible for the result.
Bookings and attending sessions
You can book a session based on the services, pilots, times and prices we show. It is your responsibility to join the session on time. If a session cannot take place because of your device, internet connection, power or environment, this is not treated as our fault.
Reviews and stories you send us
If you send a review or a success story, you allow us to publish it on this website after our team has checked it. We may shorten it, but we will not change its meaning. You can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing us.
Acceptable behaviour
Do not behave in a rude, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful or harmful way towards our pilots, staff, other users or the platform. We may cancel, limit, suspend or stop a booking or access if this happens.
Our content
The texts, design, materials, brand name and logo on this website belong to or their respective owners. You may use free materials for your own applications, but you may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.
Links to other websites
We link to official scholarship pages, YouTube, WhatsApp and other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.
Limits of our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make on the basis of general information. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is published on this page.

3. Privacy policy
We take the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it and protect it, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible
(the details are in section 1) is responsible for the personal data described here. You can contact us at .
What we collect
- Information you send us in forms: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, study goals, grades, test scores, the scholarships you are interested in, and any message or document link you add.
- Booking and payment details, such as the service chosen, the pilot, the time and a payment reference. We do not store your card number.
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Reviews and stories you choose to send, with your name, country and photo if you provide them.
- Basic technical data that our hosting and the services below receive when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type.
Why we use it
- To answer your request, book and deliver your session, and give you the guidance you asked for.
- To send you confirmations and replies.
- To check payments, prevent fraud and misuse, and keep records of our service.
- To improve our website and materials.
- To publish your review, only after your permission and our check.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, on the need to provide the service you asked for, on our legitimate interest in running a safe and useful service, and on legal obligations.
Who receives your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with providers that help us run the service, and only as needed:
- Email and form delivery: your form is sent to our inbox through an email provider and a form delivery service (currently FormSubmit, and possibly Web3Forms or our own Google script).
- Website hosting for this site.
- Google Fonts, which loads our text fonts, and YouTube, which loads videos only after you click play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there. WhatsApp's own policy then applies.
- Payment providers, when you pay for a service.
- Public authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers are located outside your country, so your data may be processed abroad. We choose providers that protect data appropriately.
Storage on your device
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tools. It uses your browser's local storage only to help you: a saved draft of a form you are filling in, your ticked document checklist for a scholarship, a copy of recent content so pages load faster, and a temporary copy of a request that failed to send, so you do not lose it. You can clear these in your browser settings at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed to answer you, deliver the service, keep proper records and meet legal duties. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, misuse, change, disclosure or loss. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send us passwords or full card details.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to take back your consent at any time. If the EU or UK data protection law applies to you, you also have the right to data portability and to complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email .
Children
Our services are meant for students aged 16 and older. If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is published on this page.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling or rescheduling a session
You can ask to cancel or reschedule a paid session at least hours before it starts. We will normally accept requests made in time. If less than hours remain, a full refund may not apply.
When we cancel or cannot deliver
If your pilot does not attend, or the session cannot take place because of a platform problem, a technical fault or another reason within our control, you can choose a full refund, a new time, or an equivalent service.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are sent for processing within business days. The time it takes to reach your account also depends on your bank, mobile financial service or payment provider.
Digital guidelines and materials
Digital guidelines are delivered online right after payment. Because they are delivered immediately, they are generally not refundable once delivered, unless they are faulty or not as described. Free materials have no charge.
Your legal rights
These rules do not reduce any right you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.
How to ask
Email or message us on WhatsApp with your name, the booking details and the reason.
